Employment Solicitor

Employment Solicitor, 3+ years PQE, London, £60,000 - £90,000 (DOE), hybrid & flexible working options available, national law firm. Generous salaries, productive working environment, inspiring peer group and a supportive culture. JOB REF: 7910

• The successful Employment Solicitor will be responsible for providing sound and commercially minded employment advice across a wide-ranging base of clients.
• You will manage a caseload of contentious and non-contentious employment work including redundancy, disciplinary, grievances, whistleblowing, discrimination, detriment claims and equal pay.
• Applications are sought from Employment Solicitors with a minimum of 3 years' PQE in employment law, with a proven track record in contentious and non-contentious employment matters, case management of Employment Tribunal claims and advising on employer relations and restructures.
• Gaining exposure to a number of high profile clients, you will have strong client facing skills and will also be keen to business develop and network in the London market.
