OVERVIEW:
• We are looking to speak to contentious probate solicitors with at least 8 years’ PQE in this specialist area of law.
• You will be responsible for a caseload including matters such as validity challenges, IPDFA claims, removal of executors and claims for proprietary estoppel.
• You will be working with, and supporting, the Head of Department with supervisory and business development activities.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills are a must as is a genuine desire to contributed to the contentious probate team's ongoing success.
