COMMERCIAL LITIGATION SOLICITOR:
This multi-sited firm is a modern partnership of talented solicitors, dedicating their professional expertise to the service of the local and surrounding community. Currently there is an opening for a motivated and enthusiastic Commercial Litigation Solicitor, offering exciting prospects. You will be expected to conduct your own case load of litigation matters and supervise a litigation solicitor and support staff in order to achieve agreed fee earning performance targets. You should enjoy working to and achieving deadlines within a busy office environment. You will be skilled at dealing with clients, professionals and other third parties to provide an excellent level of service and have a willingness to take part in business generation and development.

You will be experienced and skilled with a mixture of medium to high value and complex commercial disputes including contract, director/shareholder disputes, warranty claims, insolvency work, debt recovery, fraud, and professional negligence. Experience of contentious property work is preferable (but not essential) including possession proceedings, rights of way and boundary/land disputes. You will have a willingness to participate in business generation and development. Excellent organisational, written and IT skills are essential. The successful Solicitor will be proficient with MS Office, experience using a case management system is ideal but not essential.
