The appointed candidate will be dealing with a range of matters relating to conveyancing, advising a diverse range of clients on complex and challenging situations.

• The firm are open to considering qualified Solicitors, Legal Executives, CLC, and Senior Paralegals with a strong level of experience in conveyancing matters.

• You will be expected to manage and oversee your own caseload, as well as develop close relationships with client and key contacts, offering legal advice and support throughout the entire process.

• The firm are considering candidates that have excellent technical knowledge of conveyancing procedures and regulatory obligations. You should have experience with property purchase and sales, shared ownership schemes, remortgages, lease enfranchisement and extensions.

• You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and other stakeholders and offer exceptional levels of client care.
