A reputable law firm is seeking an experienced private client solicitor to join their team on a temporary basis, providing support while they recruit for a permanent team member. OVERVIEW:
•The ideal candidate will be immediately available to provide support to the private client team
•The role is expected to encompass all aspects of private client law, including drafting Wills, preparing Lasting Powers of Attorney, estate planning, handling Court of Protection matters, and administering estates.
•You will have three years’ PQE and experience handling complex probate matters.
•The ideal solicitor will be STEP qualified.
•You will ensure good progress is made during the assignment and providing tailored solutions to meet clients’ needs.
