OVERVIEW:
•You will manage a range of family matters with a primary focus on matrimonial issues and financial settlements.
•The appointed solicitor will advise and represent clients in divorce proceedings, property division, spousal support, and related financial disputes
•Applications are open to a qualified solicitor with at least one year PQE
•You will have in depth expertise in family law and a demonstrated background of providing advice to high-net-worth clients.
•Experience in related areas such as wills, probate, or property law is highly valued, as it provides a strong foundation for handling complex cases with greater efficiency and expertise.
