OVERVIEW:
•You will handle a varied caseload of commercial sales, purchases, leases and development work across a range of sectors.
•The appointed Solicitor will advise clients on a range of commercial property issues, ensuring compliance with legal regulations and best practices.
•The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years’ experience handling Commercial Property matters
•The firm are looking for a legal professional with the ability capability to prioritise and manage a busy caseload effectively.
