Property Litigation Solicitor (Partner), Bedfordshire, 5+ Years’ PQE, £70,000+ (DOE) – A new role has arisen for an experienced Property Litigation Solicitor to join a highly reputable team. JOB REF: 8121.

• Applications are sought from Litigation Solicitors with 5+ years' PQE looking for a new challenge in their career.
• The team advise a wide range of clients to include corporate investors, developers and High Net Worth individuals.
• You will be responsible for a varied property litigation caseload to include dilapidations claims; rent and service charge disputes; rent reviews; lease renewals; break notices; construction claims; trespass; land contracts and options and boundary disputes.
• It is essential that you are a self-starter and are able to demonstrate high levels of initiative and motivation but also work closely with other team members and displaying trust and loyalty.
• You will have a willingness to play a key role in business development for the department.
