JOB TITLE: Residential Property Solicitor
PQE: 5+ PQE
LOCATION: Suffolk
SALARY: £DOE

OVERVIEW:
• Office based role offering the appointed individual to undertake a varied caseload of residential property transactions along with genuine prospects for career development.
• The appointed Residential Property Solicitor will be ambitious and possess the ability to handle their own caseload of matters from initial instruction through to completion.
• You will have at least 5 years PQE in conducting your own caseload of residential property matters including sales, purchases, remortgages, transfer of equity and shared ownership and other matters associated with residential conveyancing.
• In this role, you will also have access to secretarial support.
• The role encompasses the full range of residential property matters, and the successful Residential Property Lawyer will step into an established caseload once appointed.
• Previous experience mentoring more junior members of staff would also be advantageous
• This is an established, market-town based practice that are keen to hear from individuals with drive and enthusiasm, that are willing to learn and succeed.
• The firm are a smaller practice and as result are a close-knit team that are based in the office.
• With the already excellent relationship built up locally, they are keen to appoint someone who can continue to service the existing client base as well as build up the reputation further.
