• The role involves handling matters relating to wills and probate, with a focus on acting for a range of high net worth clients and providing expert advice on succession planning, tax, trusts, wills, and estate management – also working closely alongside the firm’s Agricultural team to advise Landed Estates and farming families on succession and tax planning.

• You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, delivering exceptional client service, and contributing to the firm’s strategic success.

• The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise and extensive experience from a reputable regional, national, or city firm, with a proven track record of advising high-net-worth clients across all aspects of private client law.

• You should demonstrate strong attention to detail, consistently produce work of the highest standard, and maintain a flexible approach to ensure deadlines are met. An interest in business development and a desire to contribute to the management of the team are also highly desirable.
