Costs Solicitor

Costs Solicitor, 5+ Years PQE, Birmingham, £Competitive Salary (DOE) – A new opportunity for an experienced Costs Solicitor to join a Top 50 law firm. JOB REF: 8176.

• Applications are sought from Costs Solicitors with a minimum of 5 Years PQE in costs litigation.
• You will have experience in both Defendant and Claimant work to include advocacy, drafting costs budgets, bills of costs, Points of Dispute, Replies, negotiating settlements, drafting Schedules of Costs and handling high value matters in both personal injury and commercial litigation.
• You will be responsible for drafting costs budgets, assessing bills of costs, drafting points of dispute, bills of costs, negotiating settlements and Advocacy.
• You will possess excellent technical skills in the relevant area, and strong team work and interpersonal skills.
• You will ultimately have a passion for this sector and drive to make an ongoing contribution to an exceptionally successful team.
