Residential Conveyancer, 2+ Years PQE, Buckinghamshire, £Competitive Salary (DOE) – An exciting new opportunity for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join an established and busy property team based. JOB REF: 8265.

Applications are sought from Residential Property Solicitors, Legal Executives or Licensed Conveyancers with a minimum of 2 Years PQE.

The ideal candidate will have:
• Good understanding of property law and the entire residential conveyancing process
• Experience of running their own caseload
• Good IT skills and will be capable of using case management systems
• A proactive attitude and excellent time management skills
• Great communication skills and be a team player
• An interest in business development
