JOB TITLE: Legal Conveyancing Assistant
EXPERIENCE: 2 years’ experience
LOCATION: Surrey
SALARY: Up to c£26,000 DOE

OVERVIEW:
•You will assist the conveyancing team in managing Residential Property transactions from inception to completion, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for clients.
•Prepare and draft legal documents, including contracts, transfer deeds, and mortgage deeds.
•Conduct property searches and ensure all necessary checks are completed.
•Provide general administrative support to the conveyancing team.
•The firm will consider a legal secretary with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in conveyancing or an audio typist with similar experience.
