JOB TITLE: Commercial Litigation Solicitor
PQE: 3+ years’ PQE
LOCATION: Manchester


The appointed solicitor will join the firm's Commercial Litigation team, handling the full range of commercial and corporate disputes for organisations nationwide.

•The successful candidate will independently handle their own workload as well as assisting senior colleagues on high profile and complex cases.

•The appointed candidate will have over 3 years of post-qualification experience with a proven track record in a wide range of commercial disputes including shareholder, finance and contract disputes, debt recovery and professional negligence matters.

You will have experience of high court litigation, be a team player with exceptional communication skills and commercial acumen, as well as a willingness to get involved in business development initiatives.
