JOB TITLE: COMMERCIAL PROPERTY SOLICITOR

•The Commercial Property Solicitor will oversee a varied caseload of property transactions, including property acquisitions and sales, lease agreements, and development projects.

•You will manage landlord-tenant disputes, property financing transactions, and commercial licensing agreements. The firm prioritise outstanding client service and the capacity to build and maintain strong client relationships.

•The firm are seeking a solicitor with 3 years’ PQE in commercial property law and must have a proven track record in landlord & tenant and property finance matters.

•You must possess outstanding communication and client management skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients across diverse business sectors.
