Residential Conveyancer

RESIDENTIAL CONVEYANCER, 3 + YEARS’ EXPERIENCE, TYNE & WEAR/ HYBRID, UP TO £28,000 - £55,000 DOE. This role provides an opportunity to be part of a vibrant and successful team, working closely with clients in a fast-paced setting. JOB REF: 8403

•The appointed conveyancer will be responsible for managing a caseload of Residential Conveyancing matters, encompassing freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, new builds, remortgages, shared ownership and transfer of equity.

•The appointed legal professional will work on a full caseload using the firms’ case management system. Along with delivering high quality client service.

•Applications are open to qualified solicitors, licensed conveyancers’ legal executives with 3 + years’ experience in a similar role.

•The firm are seeking candidates with experience managing a caseload of circa 25 new files per month.

•In this role, an assistant, team secretary and the residential team will support you.
