OVERVIEW:
•The successful solicitor will handle a diverse caseload of commercial sales, purchases, leases and development work across a range of sectors
•You will provide guidance to clients on various commercial property matters, ensuring adherence to legal regulations and industry best practices.
•Managerial opportunities available in this role
•No following necessary
•You will have a minimum of 10 years’ experience managing commercial property cases with the capability to prioritise and manage a busy caseload effectively
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•The appointed legal professional will offer exceptional levels of client care
