OVERVIEW:
•You will run a caseload covering all areas of residential conveyancing
•This includes freehold sales and purchase, leasehold sales and purchase, shared ownership, right to buy, remortgage, transfers of equity, newbuilds, and help to buy shared equity
•The appointed solicitor will offer advice and guidance to clients, consistently maintaining an exceptionally high standard of client care.
•This role is best suited to qualified solicitors with a minimum of 5 years’ PQE in residential conveyancing
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills
