Corporate Commercial Solicitor, 3-6 Years PQE, Hertfordshire, £50,000 - £65,000 (DOE) – Are you an experienced Corporate Commercial Solicitor looking for a new role? This could be the opportunity for you! JOB REF: 8530.

• Applications are sought from Corporate Commercial Solicitors or Legal Executives with a minimum of 3 years PQE experience in both corporate and commercial work.
• The successful Corporate Commercial Solicitor will be responsible for a broad range of commercial matters, to include contracts, tender processes, franchise agreements, distribution agreements and e-commerce.
• Knowledge of employment law, to include preparing contracts and director’s service agreements, as well as in relation to the TUPE Regulations would be advantageous.
• You will have outstanding communication skills and work well within a team environment.
• Access to a car is preferable, as there could be travel between offices.
