CORPORATE SOLICITOR:
Renowned for the lovely working environment they provide, this established and progressive law firm is looking to appoint an additional Corporate Solicitor into their busy team. Working on all types matters, the appointed Corporate Solicitor will be handling a varied caseload of corporate work along with some commercial matters. The type of work you could expect to deal with includes mergers and acquisitions, acquisitions and disposal of private companies and some commercial matters. You will as the appointed Corporate Solicitor be expected to come in and hit the ground running with your own caseload of matters as well as play a supportive and key role in enhancing the profile of the team through networking and business development. The newly appointed Corporate Solicitor will be required to provide a high-quality service to a varied client base. This is the perfect position for a high calibre, driven Corporate Solicitor who is seeking a boundless career path in this beautiful region. The role will involve all types of matters and would suit a Solicitor or Legal Executive who is confident, dedicated, thorough, and accustomed to working with a high-quality caseload.
