THE ROLE:
This firm is looking for an experienced lawyer to join its dynamic Insolvency team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the partner and senior associates, managing a caseload primarily focused on non-contentious matters. Working alongside the firm’s corporate, finance, and real estate teams, you will provide strategic advice to a range of stakeholders, including corporations, lenders, investors, directors, individuals, and insolvency practitioners.

THE CANDIDATE:
The successful candidate will have previous experience of at least 5 years’ PQE and be able to demonstrate a high level of technical skill and knowledge of insolvency law. A proactive approach to business development and practice growth is essential. You should possess excellent interpersonal skills, thrive in a collaborative team environment, and work effectively across departments. Strong organizational abilities, efficient file management, and the capacity to perform under pressure while delivering exceptional client service are also key to success in this role.
