THE ROLE:
You will be responsible for managing your own caseload of family law matters relating to divorce and civil partnership dissolution, child arrangement orders, financial settlements, nuptial and cohabitation agreements, non-molestation, and occupation orders. You will be expected to conduct advocacy in the courts – including directions hearings – as well as to oversee costings, billing, and credit control on your own files, and should have an interest in participating in business development activities to further the growth of the practice.

THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors with at least 2 years’ PQE with a solid understanding of family law, particularly in relation to finances, separation, and breakdown matters. You should have experience building and maintaining professional and client relationships, as you will be working closely alongside the Partner to assist with the existing work and develop your own network of clients and referrers. Experience in ADR and advocacy is essential.
