Corporate Solicitor, 6+ Years PQE, Cardiff, up to c£67,000 (DOE) - A leading national law firm with offices based in Bristol are looking to appoint a Corporate Solicitor into their team. JOB REF: 8745

• Applications are sought from Corporate Solicitors with a minimum of 6 Years PQE looking for a new challenge.
• You will ideally have experience within either a leading national or regional law firm and will be looking for a change in direction to join a firm who are committed to the development of your career.
• You will work with a diverse range of clients, including multinational corporations, private equity firms, and high-net-worth individuals.
• You will be responsible for a variety of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance.
• You will be keen to business develop and market in the local area.
