TITLE: Employment Solicitor
PQE: 5+
LOCATION: London
SALARY: £75-85,000 (DOE)

THE ROLE:
This firm is seeking a an ambitious and driven lawyer to join its growing employment team. The successful candidate will be dealing with a full spectrum of employment law matters, including but not limited to unfair dismissal, whistleblowing, and discrimination claims, as well as redundancy, TUPE, Employment Tribunal, High Court, and other general advisory work. You will manage your own independent caseload of high quality work, while supporting partners and overseeing junior team members as needed.

THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors with at least 5 years’ PQE with prior experience in employment law. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, with strong technical expertise and the ability to manage their own caseload effectively. A proactive approach to business development and the ability to build strong relationships with both new and existing clients are essential. Additionally, experience advising on senior executive exits is highly desirable.
