Residential Conveyancer

RESIDENTIAL CONVEYANCER, 3+ YEARS’ EXPERIENCE, TYNE & WEAR/ HYBRID, £28,000 - £55,000 DOE. This role provides the opportunity to be part of a dynamic and high-performing team, working closely with clients in a fast-paced setting. JOB REF: 8809

•The appointed legal professional will be responsible managing a caseload of Residential Conveyancing matters, encompassing freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, new builds, remortgages, shared ownership and transfer of equity.

•The legal professional will handle a full caseload utilising the firm's case management system

•The firm are seeking qualified solicitors, licensed conveyancers or legal executives with 3 + years’ experience in a similar role

•You will be experienced in managing a caseload of circa 25 new files per month

•The appointed conveyancer will be supported by an assistant, a team secretary, and the residential team for additional assistance.
