An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Family Associate in the Berkshire office of a highly reputable Legal 500 firm.

THE FAMILY TEAM:
* The expert family team handles the full range of matters including divorce, finances, private children disputes, separation, cohabitation, and pre- and post-nuptial agreement
* It advises HNW clients and deals with matters with cross border elements
*The variety and quality of work offers an ambitious Solicitor an opportunity to develop technical expertise

THE ROLE WILL INCLUDE:
* Managing a varied case load
* Contributing to business development initiatives and networking
* Building strong client relationships
* Representing clients in family court proceedings, hearings and negotiations, demonstrating strong advocacy skills and legal acumen
* Working collaboratively with other members of the firm
* Supporting the development and supervision of junior members of the team

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
* 4-10 years’ PQE in Family Law
* Proven business development skills
