Legal Assistant – Residential Conveyancing, 12+ months experience, West Midlands, £13 - £15 per hour. A locum opportunity to provide support to the conveyancing team for 2 and a half weeks to cover annual leave. OVERVIEW:
•An experienced legal assistant is required to provide annual leave cover and assist 2 fee earners with property transactions
•Previous experience in residential conveyancing department is essential
•Responsibilities will include preparing correspondence, drafting contracts, preparing letters, and assisting with files.
•The appointed legal assistant should be available to start next week
•The assignment will span across 2 and a half weeks
•Office-based and full-time assignment (35 hours per week)
