• The Employment team deals with a varied caseload of respondent and claimant matters, and a mix of non- contentious and contentious work.

• You will advise clients on a broad range of issues including:
Contracts of Employment,
Unlawful deduction from wages claims,
Holiday and holiday pay,
Employment status,
Policies and Procedures,
Absence Management,
Discipline and Conduct,
Performance management and capability dismissals,
Employment Tribunal claims and disputes in the High Court,
TUPE,
Restructuring and Redundancy,
Collective Agreements and Industrial Relations,
Termination of Employment and Settlement Agreements,
Data Protection,
Unfair dismissal claims, including automatic unfair dismissal claims,
Grievances and whistleblowing,
Discrimination and Equality & Diversity,
Investigations,
Immigration and the right to work,
Pensions and Benefits.
