JOB TITLE: Team Manager - Personal Injury
PQE: 4+ years’ experience
LOCATION: Manchester
SALARY: To c£60,000 + extensive benefits
THE ROLE:
This is an exciting opportunity to lead and develop a high-performing team of PI Lawyers whilst delivering operational excellence for the client. You will be responsible for driving performance and ensuring that targets are met while maintaining the highest quality of service. Your role will involve overseeing a team, ensuring client satisfaction, and fostering a culture of high engagement, low attrition, and continuous improvement. By leading strategically and operationally, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding results for both the firm and its clients.
In this leadership position, you will focus on managing and developing your team. You will mentor, coach, and support team members, helping them achieve their full potential while ensuring strong performance and progression.
THE CANDIDATE:
The successful candidate could be a qualified lawyer with a track record in people management, or an experienced team manager with a background in the legal or insurance sectors. Along with the requisite technical skills, it is essential that you have the passion and enthusiasm for team management, operational excellent and client service
