•The successful candidate will be responsible for handling a diverse caseload, including divorce, financial settlements, and child-related matters.

•This role requires strong advocacy skills, as it involves representing clients in court proceedings, negotiations, and mediations. Additionally, travel to courts and other office locations will be necessary.

•Applications are open to skilled Family Solicitors with a minimum of 4 years’ PQE and experience with managing their own private caseload independently.

•The ideal candidate will have experience managing both Legal Aid and private family matters across all areas, with proficiency in CCMS and a strong understanding of legal aid criteria.
