Commercial Property Solicitor, 3+ Years PQE, Bedfordshire, £55,000 - £75,000 (DOE) – Are you an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor looking for a new challenge? This could be the perfect opportunity for you! JOB REF: 8954.

This is a new role for an ambitious Commercial Property Solicitor with a prestigious multi-service, award-winning law firm. You will be joining a number of high calibre professionals within this area of law who you will gain invaluable experience working alongside.

SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Applications are sought from Commercial Property Solicitors with a minimum of 3 Years PQE
• You will be capable of running a full caseload of commercial property matters to include freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals, financing and refinancing, acting for Landlords granting leases and development matters.
• Outstanding communication skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and able to work to tight deadlines.
• Previous experience of supervising more junior members
