• As part of their strategic direction, the firm is looking to develop their commercial property offerings in the Cheltenham and regional market.
• Applications are sought from Commercial Property Solicitors with a minimum of 5 years PQE gained within a leading regional or city firm
• You must possess an excellent technical knowledge of all areas of commercial property including landlord and tenant, development and leasehold enfranchisement.
• Lead by a likeminded group of partners the management team have a clear well defined strategy which focuses on growth across the region and to continue to deliver an excellent customer focused service to their clients.
