TITLE: Banking Solicitor (Partner)
LOCATION: London (Hybrid working available)
PQE: 5+
SALARY: Excellent £ Salary + Benefits (DOE)

THE ROLE:
The successful candidate will manage an independent caseload of banking matters and financial transactions, focusing primarily on commercial property and corporate financing. You will collaborate closely with members of the team and other departments, taking on cases from the Partners to deliver high-quality work while expanding the existing client base and network. Additionally, you will be responsible for delegating tasks to junior team members as needed and supporting their training and professional growth.

THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors with 5+ years’ PQE with prior experience in Banking law, at Senior Associate or Legal Director level, who are seeking a Salaried Partner Position. The ideal candidate will possess specialised technical expertise in one or more of the following areas: finance regulation, trade and supply chain finance, asset-based lending and receivables finance, structured finance, or real estate finance. You should thrive in a collaborative team environment and demonstrate confidence in supervising junior colleagues, with a strong commitment to supporting their professional growth. A genuine passion for business development and marketing is also essential.
