This is an opportunity to join a well-established, professional, and friendly criminal defence practice. This niche firm specialises in Criminal Defence and White Collar Crime and Fraud. The firm has built a reputation for exceptional client care and is going through a period of growth.

The firm serves a wide base of clients including businesses, company directors, sole traders, corporations, governments, overseas nationals and private individuals. It also acts for clients nationally and internationally.

THE ROLE:
The firm is looking for a Duty Criminal Solicitor to provide criminal defence services across a wide range of cases, and to represent clients in police stations and at court hearings.

This is a full-time, office-based role.

THE CANDIDATE:
The ideal candidate will have:
Previous experience as a Criminal Duty Solicitor- this is essential,
Strong commitment to and in-depth knowledge of criminal defence,
Excellent communication and analytical skills,
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a varied caseload,
Ability to work effectively under pressure,
Proficient legal research skills and be comfortable working in a digital environment, and
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain positive client relationships.
