Residential Conveyancer, 3+ Years PQE, Kent, £40,000- £60,000 (DOE) – A new role has arisen for an experienced Residential Property Solicitor to join a friendly and supportive team. JOB REF: 9033.

• This highly reputable firm is going through a period of growth, and this is an exciting opportunity to play a role in its expansion.
• Applications are sought from Residential Property Solicitors or Legal Executives with a minimum of 3 Years PQE gained with another reputable law firm.
• You will be confident and capable of running your own residential property caseload from start to finish without supervision.
• The successful Residential Conveyancer will be responsible for a varied caseload to include sales and purchases, re-mortgages, leases, and transfer of equity.
• It is essential that you have exceptional communication skills, attention to detail and work well within a team environment.
