OVERVIEW:
• A new opportunity for an experienced Property Litigation Solicitor (Senior Associate) to join a Top 100 law firm with an impressive portfolio of national and international clients.
• Applications are sought from Property Litigation Solicitors with a minimum of 8+ Years’ PQE
• This highly regarded team specialise purely in real estate disputes, acting for both residential and large commercial clients across the UK.
• You will be responsible for a mixed caseload of predominantly commercial property disputes along with some complex residential property disputes work.
• You will ideally have had exposure in specialisms such as service charge disputes, TOLATA claims or property related professional negligence.
• Confident and capable of supervising more junior members of the team.
• Strong client management skills with a focus on delivery of excellent client service
