Corporate Solicitor, 2+ Years PQE, Berkshire, £Competitive remuneration package – We are seeking a talented and motivated Corporate Solicitor with at least 2 years’ PQE to join a dynamic and growing corporate team. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious lawyer to develop their career and gain exposure to a broad range of high-profile corporate transactions. JOB REF: 9143.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Advising clients on corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, disposals, and restructurings
• Assisting with the preparation and negotiation of corporate documentation, such as share purchase agreements, shareholder agreements, and articles of association
• Conducting due diligence and drafting reports for clients
• Providing practical, commercial advice on corporate governance and general corporate matters
• Building and maintaining client relationships, ensuring excellent client care and service
• Working collaboratively with other teams across the firm to deliver integrated legal solutions
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
• At least 2 years PQE in corporate law, with a strong foundation in mergers, acquisitions, and corporate transactions
• Experience in drafting corporate documentation and conducting due diligence
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
• Strong commercial awareness with the ability to provide practical legal solutions
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong client-facing skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional service
