• The experienced locum solicitor should have at least 3 years PQE in commercial property law
• The caseload consists of acquisitions and disposals, lease extensions, right to buy, right to acquire and creating and renewing business leases on behalf of both landlords and tenants
• Display high quality client care skills and provide professional legal advice
• The appointed locum must be able to handle own caseload independently and self-sufficiently, although some admin support is available
• The assignment is to cover annual leave in April
• The assignment is office-based and full-time
