RESIDENTIAL CONVEYANCER/FEE EARNER:
This dynamic and progressive law firm year were named in the top 50 fastest growing companies in Yorkshire in the Yorkshire Growth Index are looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancer / Fee Earner to join their expanding team. In this role, you will manage a caseload of residential property transactions from start to finish, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for clients. You will work closely with colleagues, clients and third parties to provide expert advice and maintain the firm’s strong reputation. You will have experience in residential conveyancing matters, with the ability to manage your own caseload. Strong organisational skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure. Excellent client care and communication skills, with a focus on delivering a high-quality service. A proactive and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to handle transactions independently.
