OVERVIEW:
•The appointed lawyer will be overseeing and supporting a regulatory team in handling casework and matters of professional regulation
•You will handle complex cases, ensuring that decisions align with the organisation's policies and relevant laws
•This is a part-time position requiring two working days per week
•Applications are open to experienced solicitors, barristers or legal executives
•A proven track record of leading teams within a regulatory environment is a key requirement
•The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of successfully managing a caseload in a casework setting
