Residential Property Solicitor, 5+ Years PQE, Lancashire, up to £45,000 (DOE). A new opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Property Solicitor looking to join a friendly and supportive team. JOB REF: 9322.

• Applications are sought from Residential Property Solicitors with a minimum of 5 years’ PQE and extensive knowledge in the conveyancing process.
• You will be responsible for a varied caseload across all areas of residential conveyancing including freehold sales and purchase, leasehold sales and purchase, shared ownership, right to buy, remortgage, transfers of equity, newbuilds, and help to buy shared equity.
• You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and other stakeholders and offer exceptional levels of client care.
• You will also have exceptional attention to detail and work well within a team environment.
