This is a new role for an ambitious Commercial Property Solicitor with a prestigious multi-service, award-winning law firm. You will be joining a number of high calibre professionals recognised for their expertise in real estate, you will be supported to develop your technical expertise and softer skills to become an all-round first-class lawyer.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Applications are sought from Commercial Property Solicitors with a minimum of 12 months’ PQE
- You have had exposure to running a full caseload of commercial property matters to include freehold and leasehold; acquisitions and disposals; financing and refinancing; acting for Landlords; granting leases and; development matters.
- Outstanding communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and able to work to tight deadlines.
- Previous experience of supervising more junior members
