Residential Development Solicitor, 5+ Years PQE, Birmingham, £70,000 - £85,000 (DOE) – A new opportunity for an experienced Residential Development Solicitor to play a pivotal role in one of the most dynamic and specialist real estate teams. JOB REF: 9526

• This is a multi-faceted and high-impact role where you’ll work closely with top housebuilders and a range of ambitious niche developers on major projects across England and Wales.
• You will be responsible for a varied caseload to include complex and large-scale land acquisitions, developer collaboration agreements, disposals of serviced parcels to housing associations and other developers and development funding arrangements.
• Applications are sought from Residential Development Solicitors with a minimum of 5 Years PQE in real estate, ideally with experience advising housebuilders or residential developers.
• You’ll be collaborative, commercially astute, and genuinely passionate about land acquisition and residential development.
• Previous experience of supervising / mentoring more junior members of a team would be advantageous.
