OVERVIEW:
•Responsibilities include managing a caseload of care and public law cases, overseeing the progress of each file from start to finish
•This role involves travel to courts and other offices
•You will handle cases autonomously and conduct advocacy as required
•The appointed solicitor will assist senior team members while also guiding and supporting junior colleagues
•Applications are open to qualified solicitors with a minimum of 4 years’ PQE and a strong background in public family law
