Residential Conveyancer

RESIDENTIAL CONVEYANCER, 2 + YEARS’ EXPERIENCE, LEICESTERSHIRE, CIRCA £32,000 DOE. This role provides an opportunity to become part of a dynamic and thriving team, working closely with clients in a fast-moving environment. JOB REF: 0232

•The appointed conveyancer will be responsible for managing a caseload of Residential Conveyancing matters, encompassing freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, new builds, remortgages, shared ownership and transfer of equity.

•Applications are open to qualified solicitors, legal executives or licenced conveyancers with 2 + years’ experience in a similar role and Post Completion experience.

•The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for this area of law, experience handling their own caseload of Residential Conveyancing matters, strong communication and organisation skills, and proficiency with the LEAP case management system.
