Commercial Property Solicitor, 5+ Years PQE, c£60,000 (DOE), North Yorkshire. A new role for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join a thriving team. JOB REF: 0372.

• This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor looking for a new challenge in their career.
• Applicants should have at least 5 years’ experience handling both residential and commercial property files, with the capability to prioritise and manage a busy caseload effectively.
• You will be responsible for a varied caseload of commercial sales and purchases, familiar with both freehold and leasehold matters, and some residential property work.
• You will have the opportunity to work with a varied client base ranging from SMEs, developers, landlords and investors.
• You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and other stakeholders and offer exceptional levels of client care.
