Residential Conveyancer – Locum, Suffolk, 3 + years’ experience, £35-£50 per hour. OVERVIEW:
•This role is ideal for an immediately available locum with experience, handling both freehold and leasehold transactions
•This Suffolk based role will focus primarily on managing part exchange buy ins and resales, with occasional involvement in new build transactions
•Applications are open to experienced locums with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role
•Experience handling a full caseload independently
•You will confidently handle all correspondence and documentation with minimal need for administrative support
•The successful candidate will be organised, proactive, and able to work independently
