•You will advise clients on a wide range of private client matters, including wills, trusts and probate, ensuring excellent client care and empathy at all times.
•Responsibilities will include drafting and preparing legal documents, conducting research, liaising with clients and third parties, updating case management systems, working towards chargeable hours, and ensuring compliance with firm policies and SRA regulations.
•Applicants are open to either newly qualified solicitors or have 3+ years’ experience in Wills, Trusts & Probate, with the ability to manage their own caseload.
