Residential Conveyancer 3+ years’ experience, Devon, £35,000 - £55,000 DOE. Are you a confident and experienced Residential Conveyancer looking for a fresh challenge in a supportive and forward-thinking firm? This could be the role for you! Job Ref: 0976

THE ROLE:
• You will manage a diverse caseload of freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, including: New build, Shared ownership, Help to Buy, Re-mortgage and equity release transactions
• Work both independently and collaboratively, with full administrative and technical support
• Maintain a proactive and organised approach to progressing transactions efficiently
• Provide excellent client care, maintaining regular communication and clear legal advice
• Support a team culture that values knowledge-sharing, collaboration, and continuous improvement

THE ROLE:
• Applications are sought from Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancers, or Legal Executives with demonstrable experience in residential conveyancing
• Confident handling a broad and busy conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion
• Able to work autonomously, while also contributing to a supportive team environment
• Organised, detail-oriented, and driven to deliver excellent results
• Enthusiastic, ambitious, and motivated to help the firm grow and succeed
