TITLE: Property Litigation Solicitor
LOCATION: Berkshire
PQE: 3-5
SALARY: £55-65K DOE

THE ROLE:
You will join a busy property disputes team, handling a broad range of contentious property matters. This will include landlord and tenant disputes, boundary and easement issues, leasehold claims, and other property-related litigation. You will have the opportunity to manage your own caseload, draft pleadings, liaise with clients and counsel, and attend hearings as required.

THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are welcomed from Solicitors with 3-5 years’ PQE and experience in property disputes. You will have strong advocacy and drafting skills, the ability to manage a busy caseload, and excellent client care and communication skills. The ideal candidate will be proactive, commercially aware, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
